Teething rarely arrives on schedule, but the signs are familiar: extra drool, flushed cheeks and a sudden love of chewing everything in reach.
A chilled (not frozen) teething ring, a clean finger to rub the gums, and plenty of cuddles go a long way. A soft bib keeps that dribble from irritating the chin.
Stick to your usual routine as much as you can — predictability is reassuring when little mouths feel strange and new.
