Fresh air, tummy time and happy mornings
MAR 18 · Posted by Rowan Mackay
Short bursts of play and a little daylight can transform the mood of the whole house. A few easy ideas to try this week.
Tummy time builds the neck and shoulder strength babies need to roll, sit and eventually crawl — and it works best in short, cheerful bursts.
Lay a soft blanket near a window, pop a favourite toy just out of reach, and join them at eye level so the floor feels like a friendly place.
A gentle walk afterwards resets everyone; daylight helps little body clocks settle into more predictable naps.
